Work on the construction of our tourist villa in Krašići was carried out according to plan and will continue after the end of the summer season. The villa is located right on the coast, with direct access to the sea.  The gross building area of this 3-bedroom villa is 285m².

The villa is on three levels. The basement consists of a gym, sauna, laundry, technical room, and a garage for the boat. On the first floor, there will be a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a jacuzzi, and a large terrace. The top floor is occupied by three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

From this place, there is a great view of the magnificent Bay of Kotor and Porto Montenegro, and Porto Novi across the sea. You can enjoy the peace in the villa in Krasici, and then in just twenty minutes, you can walk through the urban town squares of Kotor or Tivat.

The planned completion of the project will be in June 2023.
