On behalf of the Montis Mountain Resort, our company donated equipment worth €20,570 for the children’s playground, the outdoor gym, and the main town square in Kolašin.

Our idea was to give a contribution to the local community in which we operate, even before the beginning of the hotel’s operation, through activities that will have an impact on the improvement of the overall city environment. One of the priorities we advocate in our work is a sustainable business, support for the youngest members of society, and concern for environmental protection. With that initial goal in mind, we decided to help the Municipality of Kolašin in equipping a children’s playground in the narrow zone of the city center, as well as in the procurement of furniture for decorating the main city square. The donation included the purchase of 15 benches, 4 pillars with led lights, 10 trash cans, 65 meters of knocked down curbs, and 20 m³ of concrete for the base, which were installed in accordance with the municipal plans.

Under the motto “Smile is back in the park”, on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, dozens of children from Kolašin and the youngest athletes from that city celebrated the opening of a new children’s playground. The main city square received benches for the rest of the older and younger citizens, as well as other visitors to Kolašin.

“Our company responded with great pleasure to the invitation of the Municipality of Kolašin to participate in this project, because we believe that the contribution to the improvement of the local environment and existing city facilities is significant, both for the citizens and for all the guests of Kolašin. This is just one of a series of socially responsible activities that our company has implemented since the beginning of the construction of the Montis Mountain Resort in Kolašin, and it is quite certain that we will not stop there,” said Radoica Vuković, the company’s CEO.
