Under a bright blue sky, surrounded by lush green meadows, blooming trees, and the crystal-clear waters of the Tara River—known as the “Tear of Europe”—our team filmed the latest construction progress.

Interior works are advancing steadily, and the natural beauty that surrounds the site grows more vibrant each day. Located just five minutes from the center of Kolašin, Montis will offer the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and refined comfort.
