Golden Group has obtained the consent of the Chief State Architect to construct  a modern residential complex in Tivat, only 500 m from the nautical village Porto Montenegro. The new complex consists of 88 apartments, garages, spa center, gym and swimming pool. The apartments will have a view of the sea and marina Porto Montenegro. The beginning of construction is expected in October 2019.
