Under the bright blue skies of early winter and surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Tara River and snow-dusted peaks of Bjelasica, construction at Montis Mountain Resort continues at full pace.

Over the past six months, major structural and façade works have been completed, including reinforced concrete construction, full roof installation, and window and door installation across all buildings. Interior installations—electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection—are well underway, with finishing works such as plastering, flooring, screeds, and ceramic tiling progressing steadily across the complex. The project is entering its next exciting phase, as rooms and corridors begin to take final form, and exterior terraces take shape with newly installed railings.

With each day, Montis moves closer to becoming the leading five-star retreat in northern Montenegro—a place of peace, nature, and timeless elegance.
