We are glad that the representatives of the new Government of Montenegro headed by Minister Đurović visited Kolašin and got acquainted with the development projects that have started here, including the Montis Mountain Resort.

The dynamics of the construction of our hotel are proceeding in accordance with the set plan, despite the infrastructural challenges that we, as well as all other projects, are currently facing.

The goal of today’s gathering in Kolašin was to agree, together with the representatives of the ministry and local municipality, on the steps necessary for a quality solution to the infrastructural challenges that the city of Kolašin is currently facing. The construction of new and improvement of the existing road, water supply, and sewerage infrastructure, with a special focus on the city center, is something that should be a priority of work in the coming period, so that all started projects are realized according to the planned dynamics.

Today, Kolašin is a city that can rightly be called the most dynamic mountain center in Montenegro and a place that has great potential to become an attractive tourist destination for year-round tourism. The common vision is that in addition to working on infrastructure, we should carefully work on “branding” and promotion of the destination itself, in order to position Kolašin as strongly as possible in relation to other mountain tourist centers in the region and beyond.
