These days, our company has taken ownership of one of the most attractive locations in Ulcinj and Montenegro – the plot of land where the famous hotel “Galeb” used to be located.

Previously, we paid the total market value of the land to the previous owner, the company “Rokšped,” which created all the conditions to fully take over the management of the plot of the former hotel. In addition to the purchase price paid to the previous owner, we assumed the previous owner’s obligation to the state to invest over 15 million euros in constructing a new hotel.

Our goal is to build a luxurious and one of the largest 5-star hotels on the Montenegrin coast and thus restore the old glory of this place. The tradition and reputation of the former hotel “Galeb”  as the symbol of the city of Ulcinj deserve it. We have already engaged international consultants and architects to develop the concept and strategy of the future hotel as efficiently and qualitatively as possible- New hotel will operate within one of the well-known global hotel chains. Communication on this issue has already been established with several operators.

“We all know how much Budva changed with the construction of the “Splendid” hotel, Tivat progressed with the construction of the “Regent” and “Chedi” hotels, and how much Herceg Novi gained with the arrival of the “One&Only” brand. With this project, we want to achieve the same success with Ulcinj, whose capacities and natural resources fully deserve a significant takeoff with the new “Galeb.”  The old hotel was the symbol and foundation of the hotel industry in the city of Ulcinj.
