Our new project – “Tivat residences” was presented in the new issue of the magazine “Prostor”, in cooperation with Studio Synthesis.

The residential settlement “Mažina” is located on a plot of 5,442.95m² in the municipality of Tivat, at an altitude of 28 – 40 meters above the sea level, on a hill above the Adriatic Highway, only 1km from Porto Montenegro.   

The buildings are designed as residential areas, with an independent management system. Tenants within the settlement, in addition to apartments with garages, have several common facilities in the form of swimming pools, outdoor bars, saunas, gyms, and common areas in the form of amphitheaters.

In functional terms, the complex can be seen through two levels of the garage and six residential buildings. The total area of ​​the six buildings is about 6,500.00 m², and the two levels of the garage are about 2,800.00 m².
