Construction of an exclusive tourist complex in Montenegro’s most vibrant mountain town and a popular destination – Kolasin, is about to begin. Golden Group company acquired land in the north of Montenegro along with partners.

The location of the upcoming tourist resort is only five minutes away from the city center of Kolasin, and just fifteen minutes away from ski resort Kolasin 1450. The project will consist of a central object, private villas, sport, and recreation facilities. The setting of land is within well-established rural woodland and meadows, imposing to retain as much of the existing landscape, native trees, and bio-diversity as possible.
