The Government of Montenegro has officially approved our rezoning application on the session from June 11, 2020, and adopted the Local Study of the location “Glavatičići.” The total surface of the land is 77.000m2.

In the beautiful and untouched nature of the Zukovica bay, Golden Group plans the construction of an exclusive wild beauty resort, which will consist of the hotel and private villas, with the design and materialization of facilities following the terrain configuration and ambiance.
