The luxury Chedi Lustica Bay in Montenegro opened its doors to the world. This hotel is a part of a 1.1 billion euro Swiss-Egyptian tourism investment in the country, and the latest foreign investment in Montenegro.
This is a high-quality tourism project which will raise the profile of the region, as well as its hospitality standards, opening its doors in July, 2018. A quite phenomenal achievement of construction and planning, which had some 530 construction workers on site to make sure that the ambitious deadline was met with just a few days delay.

Lustica Bay Chedi hotel is the first of seven hotels to be built on the 7 million square meters project, which will also include a new village, 18-hole golf course and two world-class marinas with mooring and docking for 226 vessels, many restaurants and cafes, sporting facilities, schools and medical centers to cater to the community it is set out to develop.
